Universal Subcontractor Agreement

General Terms

THIS DFW CUSTOM HOMES UNIVERSAL SUBCONTRACTOR AGREEMENT (THE "AGREEMENT") CONTAINS THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT GOVERN THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN YOU OR THE BUSINESS YOU REPRESENT AND DFW CUSTOM HOMES LLC, AND IS AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU OR THE BUSINESS YOU REPRESENT AND DFW CUSTOM HOMES LLC. BY ACCEPTING WORK ORDERS, PURCHASE ORDERS, OR PAYMENTS FROM DFW CUSTOM HOMES LLC (ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF OR THE BUSINESS YOU REPRESENT); AND/OR SUPPLYING ANY MATERIALS, LABOR, DELIVERY SERVICES, OR INTELLECTIAL PROPERTY TO DFW CUSTOM HOMES LLC AND/OR ITS CLIENTS (ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF OR THE BUSINESS YOU REPRESENT) YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

  1. Enrollment: To begin the enrollment process and become an approved subcontractor for DFW Custom Homes LLC, you must complete a trade partner information packet and email the completed packet to invoices@dfwcustomhomes.com. Subcontractor enrollment is limited to parties that can lawfully enter into and form contracts under applicable law. As part of the application, or at any time during the term of this Agreement, you must provide us with your (or your business') legal name, address, phone number and e-mail address, TIN number, as well as any other information we may request. Any information provided must correspond to your business name or to the name of an individual legally authorized to act on behalf of your business. DFW Custom Homes LLC reserves the right to accept or reject subcontractor enrollment requests for any reason, or no reason at all. Only approved subcontractors are permitted to supply materials, labor, delivery services, or intellectual property to DFW Custom Homes LLC and/or its clients.

  2. Scope of Work: The scope of Subcontractor's Work shall be defined by a written Work Order or Purchase Order
